Today was a little harder since today is the day I really started not chewing anything :( Here is my food journal for the day.

This is what I wrote down and I totaled 1235 Calories, 35. 5g Fat, 137 carbs, 92g sugar, 80g protein. My doctor had a recommendation of;
5 protein shakes either carnation instant breakfast, slim fast, glucerna, boost glucose control, Atkins advantage, entherex, equate shakes (Walmart's brand), or special K shakes.
Minimum 48oz of clear liquids either broth, sugar free jello, sugar free Popsicle, water, crystal light, or sugar free koolaid, coffee or tea (no sugar), or diet soft drinks (no colas or dark soft drinks.
I don't mind all of this and when I got this I went and picked up some equate shakes and whey protein in frosty chocolate. I use Almond milk for everything instead of regular milk so that's why I used that in my whey shake. I also have to cook on a daily basis 3 times a day for my fiance and daughter. I accidentally grabbed a tater tot and ate it today, but then I caught myself and didn't grab any more! I heard chewing gum helps so I will be going to Wal-mart and getting some gum really soon
