So I have been thinking all last night and today about this surgery. I don't know why I always question everything, but I know that this surgery is the right thing for me. I am also glad to say my mom is going through this journey with me so when you hear me mention the word "we" its because I am talking about my mom and I. I am getting very excited and here is my VERY LONG check list from the beginning. :)
- Go to seminar-----did this back in July of 2013.

- Pre-op 2 week liquid diet------Cannot wait to start this :) ******* May 7th, 2014
- Pack for surgery-----hoping for this day to come
- SURGERY!!!! :)-------This will be the best day of my life!
So as you can see there is a lot to be done for this surgery. I have been researching and finding as much information on the surgery that I can. I was still indecisive on what I wanted. After talking to the doctor we both agreed upon the Gastric Sleeve. This will make my stomach smaller, but wont give me the blood sugar low that it can cause, and since I do not have a high blood sugar that wouldn't be good for me. I think the only thing I was wondering was if this was going to give me the maximum amount of weight loss, but after thinking about it I realized that I am what is going to give me the maximum amount. If I change my lifestyle completely and continue to exercise regularly and not fall backwards then I will eventually reach my goal weight.
